Since 2011, Ana Tagua teaches English in regular courses for different levels at Centro de Capacitación, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. 

Customised Courses

Moreover, she teaches English in customised courses, conversation courses, business courses and wine courses.

Technical English Courses for the Wine Industry

Since 2013, Ana Tagua is also in charge of the organisation and lecture on Technical English Courses for the Wine Industry with the aim of increasing the knowledge of the wine industry and its technical terminology.

The course includes the participation of different specialists such as an agricultural engineer to explain the parts of the grapevine, a winemaker to talk about the winemaking process and a sommelier to explain the sensory analysis and the wine tasting steps.

Among the goals, we aim to enhance the knowledge about technical vocabulary of the wine industry, parts of the grapevine, tasting notes, sensory analysis and translation cases.
